Liz was a great host. The apartment was clean, spacious and really well located. No hesitation to recommend the apartment.

We had a great time at Liz place. Everything went really well. She met us outside the apartment so we could pick up the key early, then she explained how everything works in the apartment and even gave us a few recomendations where to eat and what to do. The location of the apartment is great, a few blocks from the subway, about a 5 min walk, and the bus stops right outside.

El departamento es impecable, tiene todo lo necesario y mas. La dueña es muy atenta y se ocupa con buena intencion de tu bien estar. Tiene hasta un dispenser con agua caliente y fria! Es un piso por escalera, a la calle, algo ruidoso. El subte esta a tres cuadras, y buses en la puerta, muy comunicado. Tiene una cama de dos plazas con memoria! y un sofa frente a la tele grande muy comodo. Pasamos unos dias lindisimos! Gracias Liz!!

The apartment was great. Liz was very helpful and made it easy to check in and get the keys. Everything is as described in the ad. The flat was very clean and is perfect 2 people. Bed is very comfortable and living room is nice and spacious for relaxing. Location is great with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as easy access to the subway and cabs. Great pub and pizza places downstairs as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Second time at Liz’s appartment and another great experience. Appartment is very clean and well equipped. Bed is great and no problems at all. Very recommended. Liz also let me stay late at check out day without any problem. Will definitely stay there next time also. Thank you Liz and Lior!!

Communication with Liz was great and without any issues. Key waited for me in the appartment. The appartmetn itself is really great, good ambience and very good location. local shops, restaurants and bars are very close (try Grace 365 bar on 3rd ave!!!). It is well equipped with all appliances that give the fell of home. It is very spacious. Bed is very comfortable and the bedroom feels very cosy

Communication was excellent, Liz is a very friendly and helping host. The apartment has everything what is needed on a sightseeing trip in New York. Also the size of it is obviously typical for New York, but it still held our group of 6 people. Due to a very central location Liz’s apartment was a great and a very convenient place in terms of not loosing too much time on a subway getting to the sightseeing attractions, so I can only recommend it for all who want to explore the great NYC!

Exactly as described on the site, comfortable, with a small but useful kitchen, and well furnished. Good location, wide range of shops bars and restaurants nearby, subway 3 blocks away.

Liz’s apartment was exactly as it looks…The location was centrally located to get around NYC easy. The couch was comfy and the apartment was CLEAN The only issue I had was the bathroom was extremely small and the pipes clanged when the heat came on..( but thats a typical NYC apartment.) Enjoy..

Liz was very sweet. She left us the key and came to introduce herself. I had lost my luggage and when they returned it we were at dinner. She retrieved my luggage and left it in the apartment. Very nice of her. The apartment in its self is cute. It’s on the smaller side especially the shower. However the toilet was separate and that made it nice for my boyfriend and I. Honestly it’s really all you need to lay your head because when your in New York, your always out and about. Great location.

Liz’s apt was a great apt in Grammercy Park. It was easy to get to and only a few blocks from the subway station. The apt was very clean and well maintained. Liz was an excellent host too!

My stay was nice and the apartment was clean, well furnished and conveniently situated. Liz and Lior are lovely hosts and were very accommodating — they were quick to provide me with an iron and ironing board and extra towels

The apartment is in a great location, with two subway stops nearby, restaurants, a grocery store, and many other shops very close by. Liz is very easy to communicate with, and always available for questions or other needs. The bed was very comfortable as well. The bathroom in our unit is quite small, but adequate. The apartment was clean and neat and well equiped. Try the Pushcart coffee about two blocks away.

Not trying to drive the price up, as I’d like to stay here again, but this place was awesome. Liz coordinated everything for our arrival and departure, the apt was in great shape, and was perfectly located for meetings in Union Square and at the Ace.

The unit is a classic NYC walkup, a short walk from lovely Gramercy Park, and has everything you need. Reasonably priced and reliable cleaning services, too. No issues with heat, excellent water pressure, and a huge closet.

The appartment is well located and quiet (facing the back of the property). Yet it has several problems: the building is in dire condition: plastic tiles cover a crumbling floor and paint seems to help the stairs stand up. In the appartment, the locker was broken on our arrival at 9 p. m., so that we have been able to open it but couldn’t close the door. It was arranged by 11 p. m. (which was 5 a. m. for us). The handle of the fridge remained in my hand when I first wanted to open it, and the window sill in the kitchen was broken down by a previous infiltration. The cleaning was approximative (the plinth full of dust) and we saw 3 cockroaches, one alive during the day). The owners said it was to be expected in NY. The bedroom has no window which is suffocating, and no aircon (it is in the sitting room), only a fan. It is separated from the livving room by a double panel which leaves an opening of about 50 cm on top. Hence the light communicates between the two rooms, forcing people to sleep at the same time. Beware that the picture of a cobble street with deck chairs which advertises the appartment is not related to it.

Great location..minutes away from everything! Good enough space for 2 people though bathroom can be described as small..regardless excellent and affordable place to stay with very welcoming, helpful and attentive hosts! Thanks!

Apartment was very clean, consistent with the photos and well located close to Madison Square. Lior and Liz are very friendly and very available. On the other hand, the shower cabin is very cramped and the bathroom deserves a new coat of paint. The apartment is located on the very busy 2nd Avenue, just above a bus stop. Last point, the reduction announced at the Orion Diner & Grill is not valid.

Liz’s apartment is very conveniently located – an easy walk to sights like the Flatiron building, the Empire State Building and Macy’s. or to the Lexington subway line. The apartment itself is comfortable and appealing and was very cozy when we stayed for 3 days in an unexpected cold snap in late March Add kitchen facilities. TV and Internet into the mix and it is a great deal. The diner next door is friendly, with good food too. You do have two flights of stairs to negotiate but Liz helped with our bags – and after all, it is New York! Our requests were dealt with promptly and pleasantly. All in all – a great deal and I would return any time.

Sorry about the late feedback Lior and Liz. To everyone and anyone that reads this review; this is where to stay. Great central area to any venue in the NYC area. The apartment itself is very clean and just as the pictures show. Super safe neighborhood and the bars nearby are great. I will be staying soon again and hope to stay at 2F again. Great location, walking distance to Union Square, East Village, or Flatiron districts. And, about three blocks to the subway, which we used considerably. Yes, as other reviews stated, the apartment may be smaller than appears in the pictures. But, for us, it was ideal. For two people needing separate sleeping areas, this worked out fine. We flew standby, so our arrival/departures were somewhat in question. Lior and Liz were quick with responses, and easy to work with arranging key handoff. Plenty of eating choices closeby, and also grocery and drug stores within one block. 2nd Avenue can be noisy at night, but the bedroom was quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lior and Liz for making our six days in NY memorable.

Lior was a pleasure to work with. He proved to be extremely trustworthy went above and beyond to make sure I found a place that I was happy with. After I moved, he followed up to ensure that things were going smoothly and offered his continued support if needed. I hope not to move again any time soon, but if so I would look forward to working with him again.

Reading the reviews, my wife and I would’ve expected a lot more from our hosts and from the space itself. I saw one of the hosts for a brief second from across the stairwell when checking in. The unit was flat out dirty. It looked as though it were not cleaned from the last guests that stayed there and that someone had quickly straightened up right before we arrived. Simple things like spots all over the mirror and food on the stove had not been wiped down. I am not a landlord or anything closely related to it, however, (to me) it would make sense that you would either clean the place thoroughly or hire a professional cleaning service to do so after each guest that stays there; something as clear as this was completely overlooked by our hosts. One of the worst things however, was the dirtiness of the bedding. There was (someone else’s) hair on the pillow cases and stains all over the comforter. It was the epitome of being uncomfortable. I snapped pictures for my own records and would be glad to show people if they want. I had to call for toilet paper and garbage bags. To top it off, checking out was very confusing because I tried to contact the hosts numerous times for some kind of direction to do so, but still have not received a callback to this day. Beyond that, the couch/futon was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress was simply unpleasant. This was a very disappointing experience. The location is great and the unit is spacious. However, the cleanliness and professionalism from our hosts was and is a major issue.

A cozinha é ótima, porém pequena também, Banheiro apertado, mas tem duas partes divididas o que facilita bastante. a localização excelente, muito fácil locomoção. Adorei a estadia e voltaria mais vezes!

Great location and nice apartment! The place was clean and tidy and worked great for me, my wife, and our 18 month old. There’s a bus stop right outside the building and not a terribly long walk to the subway.

Great location! Close to public transportation and a nice walk to central ereas. The apartment had all the essentials. Lior and Liz were always available and responsive for any questions! I know that I will come again!

Totally functional, spotlessly clean apartment in great location. Lior is a great host and completely responsive and professional. As a guest, be prepared for a bit of street noise and small bathroom. Great deal! Thank you Lior for making it so easy.

Lior was available, pleasant and helpful, responded fast when we called him, and did his best to accomodate our needs. The location of the apartment worked well for us, close to family and to shops, supermarket, restaurants, etc.The apartment was newly painted, has new furnishing, including a sofa bed in the living room, a microwave and new utencils. Its toilet is separate from the batrhoom, a big advantage. It is, however, too small to accommodate three people. There is no window in the bedroom and hardly any counter space in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Lior was friendly, helpful, and our stay was great. Check in/check out was smooth and easy. The apartment is in a great location. Kitchen, bedroom, and living room are nice. The space was definitely a bit too tight for four of us, and bedroom and living room are not private. Thus, I’d recommend this apartment more for 2 people Bathroom was also cramped, and its where you notice the age of the building. That said, this is acceptable for a NY City apartment, and I recommend this place highly. Neighborhood is a lot of fun, and it felt safe at all hours. The local bar – McSwiggins – was fun and is well worth checking out one night!

I had a great stay at Lior’s Gramercy gem. He was great about check in and check out times. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient to the subway (two blocks on a very picturesque walk). The bathroom is kinda French with the toilet separate from the sink & shower.
