Liz are great and professional hosts. Communication throughout the whole process was seamless. The apartment was as pictured. and clean.

Great location and nice apartment! The place was clean and tidy and worked great for me. my wife, and our 18 month old. There’s a bus stop right outside the building and not a terribly long walk to the subway.

Apartamento agradavel. semelhante as fotos mostradas. Ideal para ate 4 pessoas. e que sO usam o apartamento basicamente para dorrnir. A cozinha (Mime. porem pequena tambern. Banheiro apertado. mas tem duas partes divididas o que facilita bastante. a localizacao excelente. muito fedi locomocao. Adorei a estadia e voltaria mais vezes!!

Great Location. Nice apartment. Everything went nice and smooth, when we did have a problem Liz was more than happy to help us out.

Liz was very responsive to all our needs, and was very easy to join. However I would not recommend to let 2 people sleep om the couch, it is a little too small in my opinion. The WIFI connection sometimes worked perfectly. and sometimes we couldn’t reach any signal. but overall it was enough for our needs. Except that the apartment is comfortable, well located, quiet and the air conditioner is a big plus. I would not recommend to try cooking neither, as the kitchen is very small and lacks cooking stuffs. Overall a good stay for us (2 adults + 2 young children : 1 and 3 year old).

Well located simple 1 bedroom at a very attractive price. Quiet neighborhood and apt so you can get some good sleep.

Great location near Madison Square Park. The apartment is spacious for NYC. has large windows, and is quiet at night (there is no street noise). Liz promptly responded to questions and the key hand off was easy. I’d stay there again.

The apartment is in a good location, easy walking to Union Square. The apartment is fairly spacious and very cosy. It is a nice place to come back to everyday, and lots of light too with windows facing the street. I was very happy with my stay there and would stay again. Also Liz always responded very promptly to any queries I had.

The apartment itself is very clean and just as the pictures show. Super safe neighborhood and the bars nearby are great. I will be staying soon again and hope to stay at 2F again. Thanks Liz

Liz where very accommodating with my schedule for check in and check out. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures. Neighborhood was convenient to the subway and to a grocery store.

Great apartment, situated in a very central and convenient location (with a very nice 24 hour supermarket and a deli just across the street). Liz were perfect hosts, extremely responsive, and very professional. Would definitely stay again upon my next visit to the city.

Great location, walking distance to Union Square. East Village. or Flatiron districts. And, about three blocks to the subway. which we used considerably. Yes, as other reviews stated. the apartment may be smaller than appears in the pictures. But, for us. it was ideal. For two people needing separate sleeping areas, this worked out fine. We flew standby. so our arrival/departures were somewhat in question. Liz were quick with responses. and easy to work with arranging key handoff. Plenty of eating choices closely. and also grocery and drug stores within one block. 2nd Avenue can be noisy at night. but the bedroom was quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Liz for making our six days in NY memorable.

Liz is a great host. He is extremely responsive. If you text with a question he responds virtually immediately. Liz went out of his way to help me out. Somehow I neglected to bring my IPhone charger and Liz was kind enought to lend me one. He also was kind enough to allow a late check out since no one was booked that night. The location of the apartment is great. It is actually smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is clean and well kept but could use a fresh coat of paint. There was some paint that was peeling in the bathroom and the walls could be freshend up. Beware that it is an older building so if the heat is on the apartment gets extremely hot and you have to keep the windows open. Liz was kind enough to try and lower the temperature of the boiler.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. The location is very convenient to Gramercy/Union Square/Flatiron/Central Park South with so many things to do and many great restaurants and shops. Checking in and out were very smooth and easy. The apartment is surprisingly quiet and overlooks greenery as opposed to another building. I would highly recommend it.

Liz was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. Unit was clean and convenient. A/C worked well, relatively quiet unit that does not face the street. Great value.

The apartment was well located near two subway lines. It was clean. Perfect for 4 people but a little small for 5.

En revanche la cabine de douche est tres exigue et la salle de bains meriterait une nouvelle couche de peinture. L’appartement est situe sur la 2nd avenue. tres passante. juste au dessus d’un am& de bus.Demier point. la reduction annoncee au Orion Diner & Grill n’est pas valable.

The location of the apartment is great! You can reach many interesting spots by foot or just use public transportation. The apartment was exactly as described and fit us (4 adults) well. The heating didn’t work for a couple of days since a pipe got damaged by construction in the location next door but Liz weren’t at fault and it got repaired quickly. The windows go out to the back so we enjoyed very peaceful and quite nights. There’s only a small quibble with the kitchen equipment – we would have liked some more but it’s sufficient for breakfasts and small meals. And NYC is a great city with great restaurants so it didn’t bother us too much. We would definitely come back and enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you Liz!

Clean apartment. Never met host but check in check out is set up really well Comfy bed Good WIFI Ok location but close to fun areas. Old building 2 flight walk up not bad. I would stay again and recommend.

The apartment is very central, it is exactly as shown in the pictures and everything went smoothly. Liz is a very responsive host, always quick with answers and helpful.

The apartment is in a great location, with two subway stops nearby. restaurants, a grocery store, and many other shops very close by. Liz is very easy to communicate with, and always available for questions or other needs. The bed was very comfortable as well. The bathroom in our unit is quite small, but adequate. The apartment was clean and neat and well equipped. Try the Pushcart coffee about two blocks away.

Great area. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The space is small but clean and navigable. All in all, a solid NYC rental. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I can’t recommend this host highly enough. Excellent communication throughout. gracious and helpful. and cheerful even as my crazy schedule flexed and bowed. Really went the extra mile. The apartment was charming. well equipped and spotless. Really can’t say enough good things about this visit. Will consider this my “special spot” next time I am in New York. Thanks!!

Not trying to drive the price up. as I’d like to stay here again, but this place was awesome. Liz coordinated everything for our arrival and departure. the apt was in great shape. and was perfectly located for meetings in Union Square and at the Ace.

Location was fantastic! The place was well stocked and clean and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment if you plan stay in the area.

Great location, very clean, situated above an extremely handy. 24 hour diner. Liz live in the upstairs apartment and were very attentive and helpful hosts. responding quickly to the niggly problems we had with the air mattresses. Our stay coincided with a brutal new York heatwave and Liz brought us an extra fan to supplement the apartment’s very efficient AC and a huge water cooler. One suggestion tho, the air beds are a pain in the neck for longer stays (we were there for two weeks) and if the owner is going to rent out on a regular basis it would nice if she switched the sofa for a sofa-bed, there is more than enough room and it would be so much more comfortable. But that said. we had a fantastic stay in the big apple and we would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Nice location and great city. We were six people and the air mattress was astonishingly comfortable. Good choice! The building is old but the apartment is quite modem.

The apartment was very nice and clean with updated furnishings. Don’t expect huge space, but it was enough for what I needed. You’re visiting New York after all …..you should really need a place with a bed to crash.

Liz was a thoughtful host and provided essential amenities, including towels and spare sheets . {He was very flexible with check in /out time.

I had a great stay at Liz’s Gramercy gem. He was great about check in and check out times. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient to the subway ( two blocks on a very picturesque walk). The bathroom is kinda french with the toilet separate from the sink & shower.

Liz’s apt. is amazing.

It looks just like in the photos, very cleaned and with new furniture. He was a great host and the organization was perfect. I recommend to everyone this apartment.

It was great staying at Liz’s apartment. It was just as described. The apartment is also in a good location, in walking distance to Soho, 5th Avenue and Broadway. We had our privacy but we could also contact him when needed.

Liz and his beautiful wife are incr4edible people, their support, attention to detail was outstanding. The accommodations are very clean, comfortable, updated and beautifully decorated. It is ample for one or two people. The area is safe and it was easy to get ground.

My friend and I arrive very early on a Friday morning and met with Liz who was not only friendly but very accommodating particularly to the fact that we came so early. He was also very easy to access and answer all of our questions. The place was clean and in a very safe place in New York. We really felt like true New Yorkers! We should stay at this place again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommended Liz to everyone. Thank you so much for such a lovely time! It was grea!

This place was a great value. I stayed here for a little under two weeks while I was between apartments. The walk up isn’t bad, the apartment is in a good location, and the host was very responsive. The bathroom layout is pretty odd — the toilet is in one room and the sink/shower are in another, and there’s not much room to dry off/shave, do anything but stand upright — but for the price, I think those were fine. I have incredibly sensitive allergies, so the bedroom, which is in the back, was a little too dusty for me. However, I don’t think this would impact the average person, and the living space was big, especially for the price.

Liz was great and understanding. I would stay there again any day.
