The apartment is very well situated and you have all you need to live in NYC. In addition, Liz is very nice and very easy to reach, she responds you very quickly. However, there were issues when I arrived. The gas stove was not working (although they had left a portable electric stove), the door of the shower did not close properly and there were water leaks so they had to change completely the bathroom floor during my stay. What I like the most is the location and that the apartment if well equiped. However, I did not like that there were those issues before my arrival and they were fixing while I was there (instead of before). I think in a month they entered in my apartment 6 times to come and fix things. Note that although it is not specified in the ad, they consider they had the righ to enter in your apartment when they need from 10 am to 5pm (although one of the days the workers finished at 9:30 pm). In addition, If you are alergic to dust, that is not your place. However, I have to acknowledge that they made me a discount of two nights for the inconvenience. In general, my stay was ok

Liz was a good host but the apartment is a dump. Way too loud of a location to open the windows and the radiator gets unbearably hot if you don’t. Furniture is all damaged and cheap, matress was stained and uncomfortable, and there were bugs crawling over the kitchen. I feel bad leaving such a poor review since Liz was nice and responded quickly to my issues… But I don’t want anyone else to have to stay there. It was not good.

Logement dans un immeuble typique avant guerreavec escalier de secours mettalique en facade. Bien placé: Manhattan. L’appartement peut accueillir 6 personnes avec 2 matelas gonflables (à redégonfler pour circuler), et 4 chaises . Le salon donne sur la rue (sonore la nuit) mais la chambre aveugle est calme. Liz est très aimable réactive mais le logement manque de propreté et l’équipement de la cuisine et de la salle de bain est à revoir pour la rendre fonctionnelle et sure.

I stayed at Liz’s for six weeks during a work trip and it was absolutely perfect. Convenient to go both uptown and downtown. The place was clean and cozy, and Liz went above and beyond to communicate and be a great host / make sure I was comfortable. Would love to return

Liz’s apartment is wonderfully located! It was a short walk from the 6, R and W train lines, the apartment is lovely, I would definitely recommend it to all! Liz was an excellent host who was very responsive to any concerns.

Since then the house sold even in this difficult market and we no that’s not an easy task. He just found me my second property/current home and I’m thrilled yet again. Being new to New York the whole apartment hunting scene really intimidated me. I looked on Craigslist and got even more intimidated. That’ when I decided to use an agent. I tried one from another company and found them to be really keen to put me in any old place and get rid of me. A friend said she had been dealing with Lior and said he was “pretty enthusiastic”-what an understatement that was. Right from the start Lior’s energy made me feel at ease and sure that I was going to find an apartment with everything I wanted. “I’m feeling good about today, we will find you a great place” really sums up Lior. He really cares about putting you in a place you will love and is amazingly organized when you go and visit places. I am definitely recommending Lior to anyone I see that is looking for a place.

Sara’s place is basic but comfortable. Not able to use both the pull out sofa bed and the double air mattress due to space. A single air mattress would be ideal. Very clean and the location is brilliant. Very accessible to buses and subway. Not the best for self catering as the gas cooker not connected during our stay.

When you stay with Liz, you can expect quick responses to any questions you might have. The location cannot be beat, and pretty much anything you need is right near you. We had a great experience and will look to stay again in the future.

Liz was super quick with communication. She let us adjust our check out time the day before and even on the day of! The apartment was exactly as advertised. Yes, the bathroom is super small – nearly impossible to shave your legs, but the rest of the apartment makes up for it. Thanks for a great stay, Liz!

Liz’s place was perfect for our need– terrific location in mid-town, easy to get around, plenty of places to eat, drink, have a coffee– amazing location! It was exactly as advertised- just ADORABLE. The bed is so comfortable, I had no trouble adjusting to a new surrounding- and that was important to me. It was great to see we had cable and HBO- a nice surprise that doesn’t always come with a rental. It was clean, comfy, cozy, and met all our needs. Liz is very accommodating, easy to deal with, I can’t say enough abut how much we enjoyed our visit. We’d stay again- and we were two friends.

This is a great location and a quiet apt. (for being in the heart of NYC). Very quiet building, great restaurants nearby. A safe place and very comfortable bed!

It is as described. The place was clean, in a good location, and check in was simple. I personally have a hard time sleeping when it is hot though. That is the only thing that I would say to be aware of. Given it is central heating from a boiler to the entire building, the temperature was very high inside the house. Mid winter, that is probably better than being freezing cold though.

Liz’s place was stylish and very clean when we arrived. Checked in without any issues and she was very accommodating for the time. The location was great as it walkable to areas like East Village and K-Town. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
